Minute 1 – Strict Muscle-Ups x 2-3 reps

50+:
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
Minute 1 – Strict Muscle-Ups x 1-2 reps

DMA done A. Well this was humbling, took me several tries before starting this emom before I could even get 1 strict RMU with the vest on. I’m not sure if I have ever done weight vested RMU before! ? So I modified the emom to 1 strict RMU ea round which I was able to do (barely). I was able to do the reps on other movements as prescribed. I decided to do the weighted air squats after all.
