A: 18:39, worked on being smooth and setting up perfect before each rep because I’m working my back into shape. Very happy with my workout because of no pain on either wall balls or cleans.

Busier than normal day so the 1st session/ lifting was rushed, so I did math wrong and missed a few lifts Session 1 B. 225 – 3 Pos – felt heavy 1-2 260 3-4 thought was 285 and was actually 305.. missed the last clean on both sets 5-6 found out I was at 305. Missed jerks Stayed at 305 and only had one successful set. This is was just a mess Session 2 C. Bench – 275×4 D. The pace was slow. Wasn’t intense. The burpees just sucked, but when are they good in any situation? Would never want to interfere with the main priority (invictus programming)

Yea I came out swinging. I’m pretty sure I had 50 right under 60s and had 88/89 at 3 minutes. Just couldn’t push longer than 3-5s at the end. My legs shut down for a long time after.
