Take 15 minutes to build to a 1-RM Overhead Squat
(take the barbell from the rack)

C.
Complete as many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
Muscle-Ups

D.

Row 1000 Meters
50 Burpees Over the Erg
30 Hang Cleans (power is fine)

Loads:
40-50 – 185/125 lbs
50-60 – 165/110 lbs
60+ – 145/100 lbs

Beach obstacle couse in AM!!! Sled pulls, drags, sand bag runs, swim…etc

then 4 hours later…
A. 205 tied PR! 215 fail x 2, 210f
B. 225
C. 21 mu’s PR!
D. 11:16 steady sets of 5, 4, and 3s 185#

Yea, video of Lori, much easier on the eyes. Although i did demolish the young guns ;). Still running one day behind…can’t catch ya, lol..so my posts are a day late and dollar short…feeling real good, I hope you baby that tweek. $$ is already in the bank/tank…rest it!!

A: 243# – tweaked neck
B: 243# – ohs was difficult after snatch. Pinch nerve / pull so shut it down.
C: 21
D: went into this knowing I was going to stop at 10 HPC. Not worth injury. Going to art therapist next week to get this worked out and aligned.
8:37 @ 10 HPC completed.

Why do I do this to myself. Icing and Motrin tonight. I’ll be fine. Need to shift towards cardio now to polish the machine… Err, contraption!

A. 110 (failed 115 again today, but I know I have it in me . . . just not today, I guess)
B. 140 PR (pretty sure I would have had 145, but I ran out of time)
C. 7 MUs (Tried to link 2 together twice and missed both times. Went back to singles. I think if I had stayed with singles I would have had 8 or 9).
D. 13:50 (Burpees were the hard part for me. Did the cleans in sets of 3 or 4 throughout.)

C. Worked on C2B and ring dips. 30 C2B in 2 minutes; careful not to year hand. 4×10 unbroken Rings Dips in 2 mins.
D. 12:13 felt I should have been around 10 mins.

Thanks! OHS is a strength of mine. Just being real careful with my knee this close to the game. Kind of holding back on squat snatch, ohs and other lifts. Ib think it is affecting my mental on wods too…

I’m going to call this, for me at least, The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
The Good – 180lb Snatch
The Bad – 185 OHS. (Shoulder just wasn’t having it today)
The Ugly – 17:45 on the RBC. Row wasn’t too bad. The burpees dragged after doing Wednesday’s WOD yesterday. The cleans were slow mostly do to the bar getting slippery.

Is there an efficient fast method for handling the burpees on this one? Best to jump hunched over staying low to the ground? Just curious for the burpee over erg experts on here. This question is a stretch. It’s going to suck either way but figured I would ask.

That’s the way I try to do it Brent. Stay low, minimize movement. You remind me of a kid in high school that always stressed about assignments and tests but always got A+ on everything. You’re going to kill it.
