Prone PVC Pipe Pass Thrus x 10-12 reps
Band Distracted Samson Stretch x 30 seconds per side
Press in Snatch x 6-8 reps

A.
Four sets of:
Snatch Grip Push Press + Overhead Squat + 6 Overhead Walking Lunge Steps
Rest as needed

B.
Every two minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):
Mid Thigh Snatch + Snatch from Low Blocks @ 80-85%

C.
Four sets for times of:
Row 500 Meters
5 Bar Muscle Ups (60+:

rowed the 500 ea round at about 2:00, then completed 1 bar MU and 2, 4, 5, 2 of the power snatches (felt heavy, had several misses)

Today just tried to squeeze something in and had to choose a weakness to tackle – either snatches or “speed”…as you can see, I need work! LOL
A. 55/65/75/85* (*failed, dropped the bar after 3rd lunge); mobility is getting better – OHS felt good, but I need to work on those OH lunges.

D. 11:18 @ 75 lbs…burpees were just sad, although I have to say better than last Friday (which were absolutely sad!).

Lots of modifications due to time constraints at the Box. I got there late and coach had to leave so I was limited to 1 hour only!
Mobility done.
A. Skipped.
B. Skipped.
C. In place of BMU’s I worked on ring transitions by placing 1.25 inch bands over pull up bar attached to rings then I sat on the floor and worked on pulling rings through the transition X10 reps each round. I also had to eliminate the 3 min rest between rounds. Total time all 4 rounds 21:56.
D. 95# and Box Jump Overs with no burpees. 7:48

D. 2 rounds 6:35 @ 115 had to coach and I was wrecked! Some of these weight and volume are kicking my butt!
