Muscle Snatch + Overhead Squat + Behind the Neck Press + Drop Snatch + Tall Snatch
*To be performed with an empty barbell
and then . . .
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets), complete:
Tall Snatch x 3 reps
*Build in weight over the course of the 3 sets
and then . . .
Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes, complete:
High Hang Snatch @ 75-80% of 1-RM
Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes, complete:
Mid-Thigh Snatch @ 85+% of 1-RM
The focus needs to be on barbell positioning and speed in the turnover.

Snatch Pull x 3 reps
Set 1 – 93% of 1-RM
Set 2 – 98% of 1-RM
Set 3 – 103% of 1-RM

Front Squat with a Pause x 3-4 reps @ 4111
(MUST move up in weight from last week)

Did some extra conditioning at home: 4 rounds of 6 min of jogging on treadmill at 10 min/mile pace, 10 slow controlled ring rows. 28 minutes total.
At Oly gym today, so all numbers below converted from kg. A – Barbell complex. Tall snatch sets 88#. High hang to 140#. Hands were fried from weekend wod and I started gripping too hard. So I grabbed some cheaters (straps) and used those for the mid-thigh. Got to 152# which is somewhere around 95%+ for me. Speed was MUCH faster when I didn’t have to mess with grip. Mid Thigh up to 70kg (these did not go smooth, a bit surprising. The weights were flying up from the blocks in previous weeks, which seemed way harder)

D. 17:40 First round was 1:33 but just kept eye on running clock, lost track of other splits. (135# C2Bs 12/12/10-2/11-1)
Body not feeling good today. Decided to stay home and catch up on house chores and rest. I did row 6000 meters and than did a few 500 m sprints. Hopefully I will be feeling more me tomorrow. Looks like it was a good day!

5 rounds- 5 shoulder press @35, 10 pushups, 15 situps. Abt. 7 or 8 minutes.
