* Choose 2-3 Lower Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.

Went in today to hit yesterday. I have issues and struggles with nearly all the movements in Saturdays metcon so I had to go in and do it even though I cut reps here and there. Started with emom for 10 min Even 3 ring muscle ups Odd 3 thrusters at 135. This was my warm up Metcon 1. 6:30. Bar muscle ups were 5-3-2-0. First five UB and felt really good even though I normally struggle with them. Thrusters took over then. 2. 6:15 cut ctb to 10. These seem to have left me. No rhythm when I’m tired.… Read more »
Agree, lot of hard movements in Saturday’s session, at the end to to pretty hard weeks IMO. Learned a lot. Just trying to keep making small steps forward, even if it’s faster single C2Bs or Faster single Bar MUs. 38 days till the open and about 90 days till the qualifier.
