B) I thought about modifying the # but I decided to give the RX a go…I’m really glad I did!!

B.rowing 1:45 at each lap and all presses ub. Extremely happy with presses☺. Had to walk from rower to bar about 20sek. Lap times between 2:30-2:50

B. 2:39, 3:30, 4:30. Estimating those last 2 rounds cause as Andy mentioned below, middle of my first rest he told me there is no rest… Plus I brain farted and did them all at 135. Felt ok though. First round 15 unbroken, then 13 7 and last round 5 sets of 5. Total time 11:49.
C. 20 Tates and 3 second knee ups.

A. This was seriously the hardest squat complex I’ve done in a while! 285/295/305/315/325 all 6 reps
B. Oh SMACK! …Forgot to write down 3 min rest between rounds!!! 11:20 RX….no rest. Big shout out to Kincaid who mentioned there may be a rest, but I said no. Then HE forgets to drop the weights so he did 135 across!!

A started at 90kg,90,90×6’s, 94×5, 97×5. Hip felt bit sore to start then once I controlled the decent a little better felt OK.
Also did 3sets of front squats 60×5,64×5& 64×5.
B first round at 60kg. 3:09 52.5kg 3:00, 43kg@2:59
C Tate press at 12.5kg x8 reps 3sets. Sttb x6reps 3sets, these are quite difficult on my shoulders.

B) tried to keep the rounds under 3 min….2:38, 2:49,….3:40 (blew up on the last round) did 135 and 115 unbroken… had nothing left in my shoulders for the 95 had to do 15 and 10…
C) 3 sets of tate press 25#, and 6 strict toes to bar (man those tempo movements are difficult)
