A – All sets at 185. Switched back to right foot forward for first time in 2 yrs. Felt good.
B – 5 @280, 3@295, 1@315, 3×10 @235. Felt heavy after done thrusters day before.
C – Done @115#. 1 legless + 1 reg. Finally figured out J-hook with feet. So much easier.
D – Done. My flutter kicks should be called “floor kicks” because they bounce off the floor.
DMA done.
A. Just up to 95#. Added more reps at lighter weight.
On Wednesday, left shoulder had pain and I had to shut it down.
B. 165/175/185 and 30 reps at 135#.
C. Done Rx. And I rarely say that. Feeling good. 🙂
