Did a 30 min amrap (class wod): 20 cal bike, 5 pull ups, 10, push ups, 15 squats… did a little over 10 rounds Then I did 5×5 back squats at 135# … my PT won’t let me squat more than this right now… one day I’ll get big weights again. Why did it take 14 minutes if you took 60 seconds to do each set of pistols, 3 sets on HSPU and pretty much unbroken on squats? There must have been a lot of standing around?
There was, I took about 20-30 seconds between handstand push up sets and before my overhead squats. Those three movements are my weakest so I was being conservative with my rest. Next time I won’t be so conservative with resting between sets and movements

Great work Johnny! On the overhead squats I don’t think it’s worth snatching it for the sake of being 1 or 2 seconds faster. A clean into a narrower grip overhead squat is way more stable and reduces the chances of you missing. Not to mention your triceps may be a little fatigued so that may have an effect. Good learning ?
