B.
Every 2 minutes, for 4 minutes (2 sets) of:
Tempo Clean Deadlift x 1 rep @ 6262

You must mimic your IDEAL positions from the floor to full hip extension of the clean – do not perform this with deadlift mechanics. Keep your pace slow and consistent – 6 seconds up, and 6 seconds down. Use straps if possible so that you are not limited by your ability to hold onto the barbell.

30 Calories of Assault Bike
30 Burpees to a 4″ Platform
30 Power Snatches (95/65 lbs)

Three sets of:
Landmine Rows x 6 reps each arm

I lost about 12 pounds on my trip and I’m feeling like crap when I try to left heavy…wonder why?

For time: 4:20 / have some left shoulder pain so I did fast singles on snatches. Really pushed my self on the ASSAULT BIKE 🙂

“CrossFit Games Open 14.4”
(227 reps) / rowed really slow second time around, felt fatigued for some reason. Believe I could get back to the TTB if done fresh.

Three rounds for time: 4:34 All UB (my hands feel horrible during CTB / it messes with my form and ability to push my self on them. ? Any one know a way to fix this, it’s mostly were my calluses are??

A: 223 PR increase from 181 from 2 years ago.
B: 7:27 SHSPU obviously tough to do unbroken except first set which I was pretty happy with. All C2B unbroken and Pistols were practically a rest.

Missed the past two weeks because of pneumonia. Pretty bummed about that & still not feeling 100%, was soooo looking forward to the open this year, especially after recovering so quickly from my leg surgeries, but shit happens! This week has been difficult for to workout in terms of time, so I’ll post what I could do.

PC and jerk, up to 265.
Tempo deadlift: 315

C: 8:51. After 14.4

Games open 14.4

178 reps. Had 4 min left when I got to the cleans, but they got me. Sure if this comes up again I’ll get to the rings. 15 reps improvement from 2014.

Warmed up with OHWL 4x15m using 35# DBs A. PC&J – 185 – I’m a little starfish, 175 – I have good form and look like I know what I’m doing 🙂 So I found my tricky spot where form breaks down. A) 243 reps. Subbed 20 muscle ups out for 15 strict muscle ups. Strict took a lot longer but need to play it safe with this pec tightness. Feel I could get back to the T2B w normal muscle ups.

C: 5:28 Rx’d. Dragging thru this.

A: 220 reps Rx’d. Felt pretty good. Did this first and it smoked me for everything else. Should have stuck to my plan on the muscle ups. Overall I am happy with this. 19 rep PR.
