Take 10 minutes to build to 87% of your Front Squat, and then …

Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets):
Front Squat x 1 rep @ 87-90%

A day behind so Thursday morning for me MAW done FS: built to 70 kg and then EMOM was 70-71-72-72 kg. Increased the percentages a bit because my 1-RM is so low. Hit 94% (72 kg) x 2 today and it felt good! Conditioning: 17:42 and I did it as 1000 m Row, 6 rounds of 10 TTB (all UB) and 5 PC (all UB) and then 1000 m Row.
