A2: Jerk – all sets at 230#
B. Had to lighten this up due to the lower back injury. Based percentages off of 315# not 405#
255#x5, 270#x3, 285#x1, 270#x5, 285#x3, 300#x1 (Back help up!)
C. Completed – Not for time. Really needed to focus on quality of movement to avoid re-injury. Also made an attempt to avoid postures of defeat and kept my shins to the bar. (I read a good book lately)

B) Struggle with my BS today…felt heavy as hell! Had an adjustment yesterday so maybe that has something to do with it.
C) @185# (8:34) Last year I did this with 165# (8:44) 185# is 84% of my current 1RM…challenging
