MAW done but forgot the Cossack Squats (my favorite)
C&J: 46 and 49 kg
Conditioning: 33:28 min. Ran with a 14 lbs med ball. Though! Was probably 2-3 min behind my husband ?
Accessory completed
A. 155/165 for weights was able to squat clean them today!!!!
B. Thank god I had to pick up the kids only got 3 rds done
16:12. Between 1:30 and 1:42 for rows AB around 1:30

FS: built from 46 kg to 74 kg. Failed PR attempt of 78 kg. Hit 96%.
Conditioning: 12:00. Row from 0:56 to 1:02 min, FS slow, CTB kipping as 9/6
Accessory: GHR for 7 reps. Banded march with blue band and holding a 14 lbs med ball
