“The enthusiasm and excitement of the coaches created an excitement in the athletes. The environment was excellent for pulling the most out of athletes. Also, the challenges of the workouts raised some realizations of the limitations that need to be addressed physically and mentally. The camp has caused me to reassess many aspects of my current regimen. I highly recommend this camp for any level of athlete who wants to learn more about themselves, wishing to become a better athlete. Truly an exceptional experience.” -Jeff D
