Introducing Invictus Total Strength

Get ready to meet the newest online program from Invictus that is here to get you freakin’ strong: Invictus Total Strength

Introducing Invictus Total Strength

Invictus Total Strength is designed specifically to push your limits and elevate your performance in the big three: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or just starting your strength journey, this program is engineered to maximize your gains.

Why This Program?

It’s simple: The Squat, Bench, and Deadlift are the cornerstone of any serious strength routine. This program is meticulously crafted to help you:

  • Build raw power in your squat, bench press, and deadlift

  • Target weak points with well designed accessory work so you can unlock the next level of performance

  • Follow a progressive, periodized plan that’s easy to follow but hard to outgrow

  • See REAL, tangible results on a platform that helps you track your progress over time

What Can I Expect?

  • Structured Cycles: Breakthrough strength comes with smart progression. Each training block builds on the last for consistent improvement while allowing you the opportunity to challenge yourself frequently.

  • Expert Coaches: Video record your lifts and upload into the Fitr app to receive coaching reviews on technique.

  • Customizable Loads: Whether you’re lifting 135 lbs or 500 lbs, the program adapts to your strength level by working off of percentages rather than set loads.

  • Community: Be a part of the Total Strength community in the community chat feature to get ideas for recovery, support from the coaches and fellow Total Strength subscribers.

Invictus Coach Sam Dancer

“I started working with Invictus back in 2015 as a member of their international athlete camp staff. I’ve never looked back and have trained at Invictus for every competitive season since then. A small fun fact, we like to rent a house in Coronado for half the year because being a part of the Invictus community in San Diego is just so dang awesome. Prior to that I trained at CrossFit Conjugate as an apprentice to Shane Sweatt and Laura Phelps (if you don’t know who she is just watch some old school Louie Simmons videos and you’re guaranteed to see her on there) and was a member of the CrossFit Conjugate team in 2014 that took 2nd to, yes, CrossFit Invictus. Aside from working with Invictus, my wife and I own a gym where we live for the other half of the year in Quincy Illinois – Qtown Fitness. We also operate “The Dancer Love Foundation” there as well. Prior to CrossFit I played Division 1 Football, Hockey and Track and Field at Western Illinois University. My passion is helping people realize their potential regardless of their mental or physical abilities.”Coach Sam

“I’ve been working full time with Invictus since 2016. My time here began primarily coaching group classes and small group settings as I was also highly focused on my competitive CrossFit career. After making it to the CrossFit Games 3 times on a team and once as an individual (two of those teams with my boy Sam up above me) I decided it was time to move on from competing and shift my focus into helping a younger generation of athletes. In 2021 I began working with our Invictus Athlete program and in 2022 I took that program over and have coached or assisted with multiple individuals and teams at the CrossFit Games, coaching two teams to a podium finish with one of those being the champions in 2023. Prior to San Diego I owned and operated a gym in Washington State after finishing 4 years of Division 2 football at Central Washington University. My passion lies with helping people reach their potential and pushing them to new heights they didn’t think possible. One of my favorite things is helping young athletes develop a proper strength and conditioning program to best prepare them for their sport. My years as a multi-sport athlete have helped me hone in on what it takes to reach the next level and I love to use these lessons to develop programs that I wish I would have had as a young-developing athlete. But if you don’t consider yourself an athlete don’t worry about that, the way I see it no one complains about getting stronger and more fit so I love helping everyone reach those goals!”Coach Holden
