A Celebration of Hard Work and Perseverance
The journey to the Masters CrossFit Games is never easy, especially for our Invictus Masters athletes, who balance intense training with the demands of daily life. But their hard work paid off in spectacular fashion, with numerous standout performances that had us all cheering from the sidelines.
Our athletes took on events that pushed their strength, endurance, and mental toughness. From heavy lifts to gymnastics, they showcased the fitness built through years of dedicated training.

- Al Police hit a 305 lb front squat!
- Theresa Harris hit a 225 lb front squat!
- Matt Beals competed on a team post hip surgery!
