Invictus X takes the floor at the MAC Challenge in DC, in their quest to win and punch their ticket to the 2019 CrossFit Games. With only a few more chances to qualify – this is a very important event and they set their sites on 1st place or bust.
Team communication, effort and judging all come into play over the weekend…Could the secret to their success be First Class upgrades after a snowstorm almost cancelled their trip? Or maybe it is the mini-golf and free food vouchers in the airport? Or could the secret be the different team dynamics of peas & carrots (Holden & Sam) and a new teammate being subbed in?
Lots of excitement from the East Coast in this episode as CJ makes his first Instagram post (!!!) and polls the interwebs on “pants or no pants?”, which you might think has to do with Sam prancing around in his usual attire…but does it?
