Abdullah is normally found in the late night 6:30 p.m. crew and it wouldn’t be the same hour without him. He started fundamentals back in August of this year and has come such a long way in the short time since. His determination, positive attitude, and willingness to always ask questions is where he strives. When he first started, one strict pull-up was a struggle. Jumping rope and having to create the mind-body connection of when to jump was challenging. He’s now knocking out 5-8 strict pull-ups in a row and connecting 15-20 double-unders with confidence. Abdullah also stepped out of his comfort zone and competed in the Invictus Sea Of Green Games last month. We are thankful to be able to coach such a hardworking individual.
