Looking for more specific coaching and tips for your lifts? The next cycle of the Invictus Weightlifting online program starts April 5th! Join and you’ll have Jared Enderton as your personal coach and the support of hundreds of other Invictus Athletes around the world!
Here’s what to expect from this cycle…
The 3-Day Weightlifting Program is a post-Open, strength focused cycle! You will see more volume on the strength lifts (squat, deadlift, press), while doing lots of positional and technique work on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. By the end of the cycle, the strength volume will lower while the intensity for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk will go up.
The 5-Day Weightlifting Program is our most unique template yet. We will have more days where we Snatch and Clean & Jerk but those days will be with less volume i.e. lots of reps on the Snatch and Clean & Jerk but no days with tons of volume on them. That will allow you to push the strength lift volume early in the cycle so you can crush some Snatch and Clean & Jerk PRs at the end of the cycle!
