Who To Watch at Masters Fitness Collective
As one of the top competitions each for CrossFit Masters Athletes, there will of course be plenty of people on the “watch list” including…28 Invictus Athletes!
Humble, not so humble brag, but we are super proud of sending this many studs to represent Invictus and especially enjoyable since they are all super engaged members of our online coaching community, regularly post results and congrats to others on the leaderboard, and represent what it means to be unconquerable in competition, as most are seasoned vets at this point, having participated in competitions of all levels from local to the CrossFit Games.
Invictus Athletes at Masters Fitness Collective
One of THE teams to watch is composed of two MFC and Games alums – 3x Games Athletes Pat Sprague and Kevin Koester (a former champ) who workout together at Invictus Seattle. Expect to see excellent communication and teamwork amongst these training buddies and close friends. Both are awesome athletes and even more awesome humans with amazing stories that they have shared on The Invictus Mindset Podcast.

Two former champs return to claim their podium positions. Jenn Ryan, the 2020 champ, is back after a year hiatus from this competition to reclaim the title in her age division. In the meantime, so far in 2022 she’s won Masters Legends and placed 2nd in a super stacked field at Games in her age division. Tia Vesser returns to the MFC floor for the first time since 2020 when she took 2nd. We look forward to seeing both of these strong women in action again!
We are excited to announce that Cherianne Benoit is feeling healthy after having to withdraw this year from her second Games appearance due to heat stroke. Learn more about how Cherianne’s journey to Games…
