Workout 1: Pull-Up Progression

  • A1: Hollow Body Hold – 4 sets of 20-30 seconds
  • A2: Arch Body Hold – 4 sets of 20-30 seconds
  • B1: Banded Pull-Ups – 4 sets of 8-12 reps
  • B2: Ring Rows – 4 sets of 10-15 reps

  • C: Negative Ring Dips – 4 sets of 3-5 reps
  • D: False Grip Holds – 3 sets of 20-30 seconds
