10 Single Arm Dumbbell Strict Press + 50-Foot Overhead Carry each arm
100 Foot Suitcase Carry (each arm)
60 Second Elbow Plank

Strict Press
Set 1 = 5 reps @ 65%
Set 2 = 3 reps @ 75%
Set 3 = 2 reps @ 80%
Set 5 = 2 reps @ 85%
Sets 6-8 = 1 rep @ 85%+
Rest as needed

B.
“Echo Press Variation”

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 Minute:
Station 1 – 200-Meter Run (probably it´s been 220m or so)
Station 2 – 5 Devil´s Presses
Ran out of the time after the 8th round. Weak weak…

60 Second Glute Bridge Walk outs
60 Second Alternating V-Ups

Banded Hamstring Curls x 100 Reps

A. Strict Press: 75×5, 85×3, 90×2, 100×2, 105×1, 110(f), 110# (91%). Haven’t hit this heavy in a while.
B. “Echo Press Variation”: 12:32. I tried wall-facing SHSPUs like in the Games. I thought these were much easier than facing away from the wall.
C. 3 sets done. 12 SA DB Skull Crushers @ 25#, 9 BB Bicep Curls @ 55#, and 25 Banded Pull-Aparts
