A. Strict Press: 75×5, 85×3, 90×2, 100×2, 105×1, 110(f), 110# (91%). Haven’t hit this heavy in a while.
B. “Echo Press Variation”: 12:32. I tried wall-facing SHSPUs like in the Games. I thought these were much easier than facing away from the wall.
C. 3 sets done. 12 SA DB Skull Crushers @ 25#, 9 BB Bicep Curls @ 55#, and 25 Banded Pull-Aparts
I tried the wall facing after the workout and I agree, felt easier
