B.
Build to a 345/225 lb Deadlift
and then . . .
345/225 lb Deadlift x 7 unbroken reps
C.
Three rounds for time of:
10 Dumbbell Snatches (100/70 lbs)
Sprint 50 Meters Out
Sprint 50 Meters Back
D.
Two sets for times of:
25 Toes to Bar
12 Burpee Box Jumps (24″/20″)
Rest 2 minutes
A – done in my lifting shoes to simulate game day, bit different
C – done with 95lb db in 6:47. Couple misses in third round, but these are feeling better each time.
Ended with pistol practice, 30 reps for time in 1:02
Well done Adam. If possible, work your pistols on a gymnastics mat. That is most likely where you will be performing them in competition. It’s a little bit different with an unstable surface, but you adapt to it quickly.
