A All ub, 10 sec. Tripped before I started on one set, took me 5 ekstra seconds. B 0:46, 0:49 Had 1 hour of “rest” (teaching class) before C and D, no extra rest before D. C 44,25,25,43 sec All ub, feelt good! D Did it at 40m (length of our gym) with 1×48 (105#) kg KB and 1×60 (132#)kg kb. Changed hands for the heavy one.
