Workout of the Day
A.
Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:
20 Double-Unders

B.
Two sets for times of:
135/95 lb Back Squat x 25 reps
Rest 60 seconds

Barbell must start from the floor.

C.
For time:
40 Pull-Ups
Rest 3 minutes

Two sets for times:
15 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95 lbs)
Rest 2 minutes

Rest 3 minutes

For time:
40 Pull-Ups

Rest until fully recovered – or preferably, 3-4 hours – and then . . .

D.
Three sets for times of:
50 Meter Farmer’s Carry (100/70 lbs)
Sprint 50 Meters Back to Starting Line
Sprint 50 Meters Back to DBs
50 Meter Farmer’s Carry
Rest 3 minutes

A. Done, mostly around 11 seconds.

B. :54/ 1:06

C. Pull-ups: 1:01
S2OH: :46/:52
Pull-ups: 1:20

D. 1:37/ 1:31/ 1:29, used 107# on the farmers handles, rested about 30 minutes after C.

A All ub, 10 sec. Tripped before I started on one set, took me 5 ekstra seconds. B 0:46, 0:49 Had 1 hour of “rest” (teaching class) before C and D, no extra rest before D. C 44,25,25,43 sec All ub, feelt good! D Did it at 40m (length of our gym) with 1×48 (105#) kg KB and 1×60 (132#)kg kb. Changed hands for the heavy one. D) did without rest and no clock. Was with a group doing it for fun and completion.
