Diane–4:33. All kipping…not sure if best strategy or not. Also, have sinus and ear infection so didn’t go all out. Got antibiotics today, so hoping for the best for a Thursday travel to Denver in the higher altitude!
A)12,11,9,11,13,14 Only hit the 9 sec unbroken. I kept tripping up on the others.
B) This was my first time doing Dianne. I did all the hspu kipping so I can get a feeling for it and how to pace. I did the 21 unbroken and paid for it on the 15. I will be doing it in sets of 10/11 next go around. time was 4:19.
C) only had a 70#. Played with that. felt light.
