C.
Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets):
Clean & Jerk x 2 reps @ 80-85%

Followed by…

Every 2:30, for 10 minutes (4 sets):
Clean & Jerk x 1 rep @ 92.5%

D.
One set of:
Bearhug Sandbag Carry x 400 meters

E.
Three sets of:
Hip Extension x 15 reps
Rest 30 seconds
V-Ups x 30 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
