Muscle-Ups x 3 reps
Alternating Pistols x 10 reps
Handstand Push-Ups x 10 reps
B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:
20 Double-Unders
C.
For time:
225/155 lb Deadlift x 20 reps
Muscle-Ups x 10 reps
Wall Ball Shots x 25 reps
Toes to Bar x 20 reps
Wall Ball Shots x 25 reps
Toes to Bar x 20 reps
A. Complete
B. Complete unbroken in OLY shoes
C. 4:50 didn’t do muscleups during this, had pain in right arm doing them in part a during pull so didn’t push it.
Rested 1 minute then hit 15 deadlifts and 15 handstand pushups. Took little less than 50 seconds
AM session A. Completed as a skill set (feel pretty strong on all three of these movements) B. Used as a warm up and went unbroken for all rounds C. Completed in 6:19 (dead-lifts were unbroken, MU were 5, 3,2, wall balls were unbroken for both sets and T2B were unbroken for set one and then 12 and 8 for the second set, last set of dead-lifts were 4,3,3. – scaled up to 345# for the dead-lifts and added a set of 10 reps at the very end.
