Alternating Pistols x 12 reps
Muscle-Ups x 3-6 reps
Working for speed and efficiency with each movement.
B.
Take 6-8 sets to build to a 225/135 lb Hang Clean
and then . . .
Three sets of:
225/135 Hang Clean x 3-5 unbroken reps
Rest 3 minutes
C.
Deadlift
Build to 345/225 in 3 sets or fewer
and then . . .
Three sets for times of:
345/225 lb Deadlift x 7 reps
Rest 3 minutes
D.
For efficiency and mechanics:

A. Completed HSPU with kip and unbroken for all sets (feels fast), pistols were easy and smooth, performed 6 muscle ups every round
B. Hang cleans were pretty heavy but felt good. Performed 5 reps for 3 sets.
C. Dead-lifts felt pretty good. Reps were quick and light
D. 2k row – 7:11.6 (tried a few pistols after the row to get a feel for them after a hard row)
