Bamboo Bench Press x 20 reps

45 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-Ups to 4″/2″ Deficit

Rest until top of the next minute

12 Alternating Dumbbell Squat Snatches (75/55 lbs)

B.
Take 3 minutes to draw out your foot work
Jump & Lands x 10 reps
Every minute, on the minute, for 4 minutes:
Tall Jerks in marked footwork x 3 reps
I know we have been doing this for the past 2 weeks but I want you feeling confident with your jerk footwork.
C.
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes, complete:
Jerk with a 2 second hold @ 75-85%
Followed by…
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes:
Jerk Dip x 2-3 reps @ 90+% of 1-RM Jerk
D.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
10 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105 lbs)
10 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
30 Double-Unders

Front Squat x 1 rep
Rest as needed
In five sets or fewer, build by feel to a “heavy” front squat. Once the load feels heavy and your barbell speed is noticeably slower, move on to part B.
B.
Six sets of:
Hang Clean + Front Squat + Clean
Rest as needed
Let feel dictate loading.
C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Deadlifts (315/225 lbs)
10 Bar-Facing Burpees Over the Barbell

Three sets of:
Bulgarian Split Squats x 6 reps each @ 3111
Rest as needed
Glute Ham Raises x 8 reps @ 2111

Session 1- Snatch 1.1.1 – 70/75/80kg Snatch 1.1 – 85/87/90kg Snatch singles – 92xxx (missed three times b2b so took a few mins to get focus back in order), 92, 95, 97, 100x – felt a bit rusty with snatching today over 85%, lacked speed/strength in my turnover. How’s recovery? Sleep and nutrition? Outside stressors? If it feels heavy then it’s likely your body isn’t recovering.
Sleep is good, adjusted nutrition about two weeks ago. Tino not saying it’s the programming, I feel strong somedays and weak others. Less than 2 weeks and you can tell me in person what I’m doing wrong. Hope all is well, thanks.

Monday program- regional training Session 1 – OTM snatch 61-64kg – Tempo snatch + snatch pull 5×2 at 70 – Amanda 4:54 (30 sec PR) muscle ups did 9/4-3/3-1-1 and did all singles on snatch. Took a chance with doing singles. The whole thing felt pretty easy – press 5×5 40kg Session 1 (730 after coaching) – 30 min Emom done (row was fine, singles on the power cleans, UB on c2b – squats 85/95/102/ then for the 5×4 (100/100/100/102/102) -did not do pistols, my knee is feeling rough. Off Season Session 1: A. 1. 145/155/165 2. 175/185/200 3. Heaviest at 225 Felt mechanically solid today. But I think I was still a little zapped in the legs from yesterday. B. 245/255/255 C. Was planning on doing 2 sessions, but just kinda kept going. Took me a while to get going mentally… Didn’t want to train today, but knew I had to. So did everything in the garage. Session 2, then session 1 … A. Front squats: 175/205/215/225/235 B. Hang clean complex: 155/165 for 5 sets C. Deadlift/burpee AMRAP: 4+1 D. Hello I attempted to train today but my body is still sore and fatigued from the weekend and I have picked up a couple of niggles which affected my training also….here is what I managed…I decided to do just session one as I need to recover more. snatch triples worked up to 50kg snatch doubles worked up to 55kg singles up to 60kg…couldn’t finish them as wrist was playing up emom…had to massively scale due to various reasons… but finished it none the less odd..ttb x 5 & 5 strict ring dips evens…double unders & hspu on parralets x 3… Read more »
