Rear Delt Warm Up
Two sets of:
Incline T Raises x 10 reps @ 2121
(face down, raising straight arms at 90 degrees)
Incline Y Raises x 10 reps @ 2121
(face down, raising straight arms at 45 degrees)
Incline I Raises x 10 reps
(face down, raising straight arms in front)
A.
Every 90 seconds, for 9 minutes (6 sets):
2 Snatch Push Presses + 1 Snatch Balance
Build over the course of the 6 sets, but understand the goal is activation and positioning, not maximal loading.
B.
Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
2 Snatch Lift-Offs + Snatch from Mid-Patella
(pause 2 seconds at mid patella on each of the lift-offs)
Build from approximately 70% to today’s heavy. If you miss, reduce the load and repeat that set. If you miss twice, move to the next portion of the workout.

*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 65-70%
*Set 2 – 3 reps @ 75-80%
*Set 3 – 1 rep @ 85-90%
*Set 4 – 6 reps @ 80%

Yes, and it was awful… just did the 6 burpees though… they want to eliminate the stepping and jumping for a couple weeks upon my agreement to be out of my boot when I train. I said i would modify the higher impact movements
All MU UB although my triceps were shot towards the end… had to double kip out of my dip. OH squats all UB, T2B all UB. Got done with each movement anywhere from :38-:45 seconds on the minute

A. Done, Rx through the first 4 rounds then had to drop MUs down to 3 and eventually 2. Last two sets only 8 t2b and only 6 ohs. Every now and then these long emoms turn into a disaster for me. Frustratingly, today was one of those days. Better next time.
