Workout of the Day – 1:00 p.m. at Invictus Point Loma

A.
In Male/Female teams of two, perform two sets of the following for times:
Row 250 Meters Each
10 Synchronized Overhead Squats (95/65 lbs)
10 Synchronized Toes to Bar
Row 250 Meters Each

B.
In Male/Female teams of two, perform the following for time:
40 Thrusters (135/95 lbs)
40 Toes to Bar
30 Thrusters
30 Toes to Bar
20 Thrusters
20 Toes to Bar

Partners must alternate reps on both the thrusters and the toes to bar. For the thruster reps to count, both partners’ barbells must be off the ground. For the toes to bar reps to count, both partners’ feet must be off the ground.

C.
For time:
Run 800 Meters
50 Meters of Front-Racked Walking Lunges (185/125 lbs)
