The percentages for the low hang snatch from low hang snatch Max or from snatch Max ?
%’s are always based on that exercise. Example: If it is a Low Hang Power Snatch- it is based on your Low Hang Power Snatch 1-RM. If you do not know your 1-RM in that exercise, you can base it on the next closest exercise you do know. In this case, it would be your 1-RM Power Snatch.
