Athlete Notes:
This workout is going to be a fast one. That said, the potential for burnout is high especially on the drag rope. If you’ve never used it, prepare for your shoulders to be on fire. We want aggressive paces on the row, think 90-100 seconds or less. The drag rope will vary based on your exposure to it, but a good goal is to only break when you trip. If you end up breaking once or twice because your shoulders are smoked, that’s understandable. The dumbbell hang snatch should be unbroken. You should feel comfortable ripping through these as we’ve done 50 from the floor at the end of plenty of workouts. The hang makes it that much easier. Hang on and go for broke!

A. Tall clean-85lb, clean complex- 105, power clean Max-125.
B. Metcon- I m not sure if I did this Rx but it didn’t specify to use 1 or 2 Dbs so I used 1, 35lb. Otherwise the workout was Rx. 20:38 total time.
I was feeling under the weather the past couple days, today was first day back at it!

A. Benched. Knee still a bit tweaked. Was feeling good but running is flaring it up.
B. 12:23 Rx with drag rope. Had about 5ish trips each set. Rows around 1:15

Warm Up done but all with 50s and snatch, because missread it A) 40kg for the tall, up to 75kg for the complex 100kg in the heavy 90kg EMOM for the squat cleans Took everything low, because first time doing these in a long time. B) Did wednesday´s wod with 1200-600-400m row, bar mu and normal 9kg WB Time: 26:26, it was rough C) done D) no time My situation changed quite a lot, looks like in the near future i´ll be able to do proper crossift(ish) training around 3 times a week.
