Nichole holds a number of CrossFit coaching certifications, including participating in the OPT CCP Certification Program (now OPEX). She has been a part of the CrossFit community since it’s beginning and has years of experience working with a wide variety of individuals. After earning her B.S. in Health Studies: Physical Activity & Exercise at Portland State University, she returned to the San Diego area and began working with a charter school through Invictus. Nichole is an accomplished fitness professional with experience in managing and leading group, individual, and youth fitness programs. Nichole now spends her time working with Invictus Athlete, helping athletes from all over the world develop their full potential. She has currently been working with Masters athletes from all over the world and has helped many of them reach their athletic goals, including qualifying many for the CrossFit Games. She has the uncanny ability to motivate diverse groups and to implement healthy and productive changes. Nichole won 3rd place in the inaugural CrossFit Games in 2007, and has helped lead Team Invictus to the CrossFit Games for four years. She now lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband and works with Invictus remotely.
