– Hollow Hold or Rock

Three sets for max reps:
3 Minutes of Assault Bike (or Rowing)
2 Minutes of Alternating Single-Arm Dumbbell Squat Snatches (50/35 lbs)
3 Minutes of Rowing (or Assault Bike)
2 Minutes of Alternating Pistols or Cossack Squats with Goblet Hold
Rest 5 minutes*
*During the 5 minute rest, athletes must complete a 400 Meter Burden Run with a 30/20 lb Medicine Ball.
