I’m off for a weekend in Paris tomorrow so I decided to train today! I did Regionals workout 3 and completed 15 hang-cleans at the end. Still had some time left by then, but I felt satisfied with that for today. I also tried out the dumbbell snatches with 70lbs (which I haven’t been able to do before since we don’t have any that heavy at our box). Did yesterdays today, my scheduel is still rest on wed and sun. Will try to change it for the last two weeks in order to follow the programming exactly. A (HSPUs) 0:25, 0:31, 1:04 Did 21,21,11-5-5. Happy with this 🙂 Found a good rhythm and just knocked out the first set! B (3 rep hang cleans) 95, 102.5, 102.5, 102.5, 105, 110 kg All without dropping the bar.
