Today i did the workout from November 30. A. Snatch press every 2 min for 6 min 2111 @20 kg Snatch push press + overheadsquat 3 reps every 2 min for 6 min @60 High hang snatch 2 reps every 90 sec for 6 min @ 60kg Hang snatch 1 rep every 90 sec for 6 min @65, 70, 75, 77.5kg Hang snatch with 2 sec pause every 90 sec for 6 min @80, 85, 90, 90, 90kg (I missed my last snatch and didnt want to end on a miss) B.
