Two sets for times of:
15 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 2 minutes
15 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 2 minutes
B.
Eight sets of:
Hang Clean x 1 rep
Rest 10 seconds
Pistols x 6 reps
Rest 2 minutes
Build in weight over the course of the eight sets.
C.
Three sets for times:
225/155 lb Deadlift x 15 reps
Rest 3-4 minutes
D.
For efficiency:
Row 1000 Meters @ 90-95%

A) I found the strict to be easier then the kipping. I did not time them as I worked on technique. All the strict were unbroken, the Kipping I fell off the wall a few times. Second Set I was much more efficient.
B) 185/195/205/215/225/235(f)/245/255(f).
Pistols were done in 8 seconds each. My left knee is still sensitive, however I was able to do the pistols with out bottom support for the first time in 2 months. A lot of ice afterwords.

D) I did not have time to finish the 1k. Will do some running.
