Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (9 sets):
Snatch

*Set 1 = 2 reps @ 70%
*Set 2 = 2 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 = 1 rep @ 80%
*Set 4 = 1 rep @ 85%
*Set 5 = 1 rep @ 90%
*Set 6 = 1 rep @ 94%
*Set 7 = 1 rep @ 98%
*Sets 8-9 = 1 rep @ 101%+

The goal today is to find a 1-RM Snatch. Limit yourself to 3 misses.

C.
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes (10 sets):
Clean & Jerk x 1 rep @ 70-80%

D.
Against a 10-minute running clock complete…
30 Muscle-Ups
60/40 Calorie Row or Ski-Erg
Max Reps of Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)

Adjust muscle-up reps so they take no longer than 6 minutes.

E.
Four rounds for time of:
50-Foot Handstand Walk
100-Foot Bear Hug Sandbag Carry (150/100 lbs)

If you do not have access to these perform front racked double kettlebell carry (24-32/16-24 kg).

E. 7:39; Rx with 70Kg SB.
3 x 5m segments UB. Tried to take smaller bites on the HSW; success builds upon itself right!? Felt more confident as I completed 5m UB. I’m determined to improve my overall gymnastics ability. Definitely my weak area.

Nice work on the HS Walks! I prefer seeing athletes kick up early and do smaller increments than rest and try to go long and still risk coming down ???‍♂️

B) Got to 84 kg easy, missed 85 and when I tried a 2nd time then my legs had no power.
This was a 4 kg improvement In this cycle!!

C) 1-3: 80kg, 4-6: 85kg and 7-10; 90kg

D)
30 Muscle ups: 6:31!! Couldnt resist hitting a new PR on 30 Muscle Ups! My last record was 9:xx!!!!

Ended up taking a rest day today. Today’s program looks tough, but really fun, so didn’t want to give it some half ass effort. Maybe tomorrow, or Sunday, we’ll see ?

B. Happy to snatch 180 lbs again without worrying about my shoulder.
C. Done at 185 lbs.
D. Had to modify a bit bc the volume of muscle ups are still too much.
