A.
Three sets not for time of:
60 second Goblet Squat Hold (32/24 kg)
20 Banded Face Pulls
10 Farmers Hold Dumbbell RNT Split Squats (5 each leg)
5 Broad Jumps for max Distance

B.
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Jerk in Split Jerk Position x 4 reps

Aim for 3 heavy working sets.

Followed by…

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets):
Jerk Grip Overhead Squat x 3 reps

Primary goal here is mobility work. If mobility is an issue, stay really light & go as low as you can. If mobility is not an issue, build over the course of the 3 sets.

C.
Every 2 minutes, for 20 minutes (10 sets):
Split Jerk with a 2-second Pause in dip & 2-second Pause in Receiving x 2 reps

*Sets 1-2 = @ 70%
*Sets 3-4 = @ 75%
*Sets 5-6 = @ 80%
*Sets 7-10 = @ 85%

D.
Every 3 minutes, for 9 minutes (3 sets):
Push Press x 5 reps @ your 10-RM Push Press weight

E.
Deadlift
*Set 1 – 10 reps @ 55% of 1-RM
*Set 2 – 10 reps @ 65%
*Set 3 – 8 reps @ 75%
*Set 4 – 6 reps @ 80%
*Set 5 – 6 reps @ 85%
*Set 6 – 3-4 reps @ 90%
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

F.
Every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes (5 sets), for times:
Run 400 Meters (if possible, on Assault Air Runner)
15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
10 Overhead Squats (155/105 lbs)

Goal is lowest total time when the five sets are added together.

E. Got up to 405 for 5 and then 425 for 3. Hands were ripped up so did them all as singles. Loving these heavy pulls. Would be stoked to get back to a 500lb dead this year
F. Class started so I popped over to the indoor track for some similar conditioning intervals

F. Adapted to save my ripped up hands. 400m run, 12 cal ski, 5/5 each side SA DB OHS 22.5kg about 1 min rest on each interval.

Yeah, I was able to hit 8/7 then 9/6 and 10/5 for the last two rounds. I’m usually able to hit 15. I may just be beat up from the week haha.

E. Continuing to scale deadlift. I have been cutting corners for years so I am learning how to brace properly etc. Today up to 245 (75%)
F. Options were ice or crappy treadmill, so I opted for 20cal c2 bike. Fastest round was 2:40
Made up yesterday’s KB suitcase deadlifts at 24kg

B: 95, 115, 125
B1: stayed at 95# to work on mobility. That was tough
C: 155×2, 165×2, 175×2, 185×2
D: 135x5x3
E: 165×10, 195×10, 225×8, 240×6, 255×6 270×4. No belt for any of them. Get pretty good
F: skipped. Feeling sick and my breathing is sucky right now

Used 30lb DBs for split squat
B) 135-155 for jerk in split jerk
135 across for jerk grip ohs
C) up to 285. No misses. Jerks are starting to feel good again
D) up to 455. Easier than last week
E) RX

Ran the first two 400s outside. Too cold and too much traffic. Last three I ran in 100’ increments on our turf. 12 lengths for approx 1200’

A) done, but still can’t hold ub for 1’ that bell in the deep goblet squat position 😀
B) up to 70kg
Ohs, just work with empty bar and 30kg then, felt good that after a few minutes practicing i was able to do some proper ohs with jerk grip. Still very challenging tho
C) up to 103kg
D) 80 kg don
E) lower back is still not 100%, so kept it light, up to 150kg
F) short on time, so did 3 round 10 ub ohs and 10 strict pu, some forarm and called it a day
