Suprisingly push-ups the limiting factor
Hiya, it was my first day of starting to follow Invictus Performance properly (now that I’ve got a decent gym)
CARs, gave them a go. Didn’t feel like I did them as nicely as the guy in the video though.
Warmup. As above as well as some of my own handstand and rings skills and drills

Turns out… I suck at pushups.

First time I’ve done ‘cindy’ and managed 1 a minute so 20 rounds exactly. Felt fine up to round 15 and then had to push hard to get the last 5 in!
