Wasn’t sure about this workout…but went for it anyway Wanted to do a 10 min WU TM run….but the TM didn’t want to cooperate…think it was to cold in the garage for it…So just went for a 1000m run outside – 25 degrees SUCKS! Then did this SOLO 15 Cal AB – 1:21 / 1:19 / 1:41 / 1:44 12 DL @ 95# 9 Hang Power Cleans @ 95# 6 S2OH @ 95# 3:42 / 3:42 / 4:00 / 4:13 *** slowed the AB down in the last 2 rounds to help not break up the other elements so much.… Read more »
Sounds like it went pretty well to me! It’s a different ball game now that winter weather has come. I finally bought a heater for my garage. I still need to do 20.5 since I was traveling all week.
