Building in weight, but don’t go heavier than you can comfortably and safely bring back down to your back rack.
Every 90 seconds, for 9 minutes (6 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep

Conditioning: used 20# dB for walking lunges, 35# for devil press. Set 1 all rowing 7:05, set 2 35 cal assault bike 7:15, set 3 35 cal ski 7:00, set 4 15 cal row/bike/ ski 7:30. Did not have the will to do all rowing today, needed more brain friendly activities 🙂

C. Only time for 3 Rd got a late start and shorten row to 40 cal
