GYMNASTICS WOD = 13:40…..ALL SINGLES RMU/ VERY HAPPY WITH THIS SINCE USUALLY TO HANDLE VOLUME OF 15 RMU I WOULD BE DOING A 15 EMOM
DID GYMNASTICS OPTION FOR 20 MINS AND GOT 1 ROUND PLUS 10 C2B
