Every 3 minutes, for 24 minutes (8 sets) for max load:
400 Meter Run
3 Ring Muscle-Ups
3 Power Cleans

Athletes may only take 3 attempts at the cleans per set, but may adjust the loads as they see fit throughout the workout. Please note total load successfully lifted, as well as number of attempts made – e.g., 6270 lbs; 22/24.

This was A MAZBALLS! Not in a good way.
I did the first 4 rounds every 3 min then after that took 1 min extra between rounds. Finished all work before the 3 min mark but needed a little bit of breathing room. Had to run really fast to have time to do the work.
Power cleans @ 135 hit all reps. 24/24

Did every other round jumping RMU from a box or 3 BMU. Hit all 4 rounds of BMU UB and no misses which was great.
3,240lbs.
