Hey Invictus, my first time posting but have been following your programming since I moved away a few years ago. Have a home gym all setup for all the fun and festivities y’all throw our way. Anyways, wanted to post because I was happy to go unbroken and moving the whole time which used to be rare for me. 6 rounds + 6, Rx.
