Rest 2 minutes
Build to today’s heavy 2-3 reps.
B.
Every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes (4 sets) for times of:
500/400 Meter Row
12 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
There should be plenty of rest between sets, so the goal is to push the intensity! Hit the row hard and transition quickly.

… decided to start lighter, make bigger jumps and shorten the rest

… kept the rows +/- 1:45 … surprised myself by going UB each round.
C. Stretch and Split progressions
Dialing it back since I’m doing a competition with my wife on Saturday, tomorrow will just be mobility work and light cardio. Decreasing the work load is really hard for me!
