3 Dumbbell Front Squats (50/35 lb DBs)
3 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead (50/35 lb DBs)
Complete as many rounds and reps possible in 60 seconds. Your score will be recorded as your total number of reps accumulated in the 60 seconds. For the Ground to Overhead, you must simultaneously touch one head of each dumbbell to the ground to begin the repetition.

Trying not to pull my groin again
Challenge- 2rds + 2 rep.
A. Up to 295 (30# off 3RM). Went with no belt and my form started to go so I stopped.
B. Done with 205#. All rds around :30. Had a few trips on DU but most rds were UB.
C. Day 34 of 1/2mi lunges. Decided I’m going to do 70 days so I’ll have lunged my age in miles (35).
