A. Up to 150 for complex which is a 10# hang snatch PR. Happy with the progress and my form felt great.
B. Solo so did every 3 for 15 of the couplet. All rds were in the 1:05 range. Everything UB.

Hit 215! My PR was actually 210 so only a 5# PR but I got 230 on power clean for a 10# jump. Probably didn’t help doing this after the push ups yesterday but it made for a fun strength day.
A. Snatch work – Used only PVC and Empty BB and my main focus was getting the feel for the transition from Hang to High Hang. I am totally skipping/rushing that transition and not getting the torso up and not hitting the undercut. Spent 40 minutes just drilling that and a few from the floor. B. Wanted to use @disqus_IoydauK31X:disqus sister for my partner because I figured she would get the round in 1:00. A.) up to 110. Pretty happy with this today as my snatch PR is 120.
B.) 1:1 work to rest. I wanted to focus a little more on strength so went with a heavier weight for me at 90 pounds and only did eight thrusters instead of 12. Four rounds even.

B. Completed four rounds 1:1 rest @ 89# ranging from 1:10 – 1:40. Everything unbroken rounds 1-3. I died in round 4.

A. Hang Sn + Sn 65lb, 70, 75, 85, 90, 95(1,g) A2. Snatch 95f, 95f, 85, 95, 100 Chipping away at the snatch. Dropped my first few at 95, was catching the weight too far forward. Read libby note on lat engagement again and worked on breaking the bar before starting the movement. Seemed to help me out quite a bit. B. 12 thrusters #95, 12 burpees Used a 1:1.
