Don’t know why the comment didn’t go through, but still;
PSLD, 12kg, feel good, stay with the weight for 10 full reps.
BBGB, 60 kg, first time doing these, stay with the weight.
RSA, first time doing it, felt great for the shoulder

Time-restricted, managed just 3×10 of pull ups, max is 5, gotta get it to 10.
